Britannia Hotel - the world's most northerly Grand Dame hotel.

Between 2018 and 2023 I held the role of Creative Editor for Britannia Hotel, the world’s most northerly member of the Leading Hotels of the World. I was brought on as part of the pre-opening team in 2018 (the hotel reopened in 2019, following a three-year, multimillion dollar renovation). Storytelling was integral in establishing and communicating the product to domestic and international audiences.

Matigruppen - setting a new standard for restaurants in Trondheim and beyond

After five lucrative years at Britannia I joined Speilsalen's head chef, Christopher Davidsen, in the startup of his new restaurant group. Matigruppen our first restaurant, a Nordic Gourmet Bistro on the docks called Tollbua, opened at start of 2024. We opened a second, Phoenix Gastropub, later in the year and have further outlets planed. As Communications Director for the group I have the responsibility for marketing and bringing the concepts to life.
